Jason Roda
Clinic Director - PT, DPT
Jason Aaron Roda has spent the last 20 years of his life using his personal and career experiences to help his patients overcome impairments, disabilities, and handicaps through physical therapy. In that time he has also had the opportunity to lead a physical therapy team providing opportunities, education, and mentoring to bring out the best in his staff and colleagues. Jason volunteers his time within his own company to help mentor and train potential clinic Directors and current Directors. As a life long resident of his community, he has developed relationships that have helped his team establish a strong reputation in the region he serves. While his focus is on the physical therapy business he does volunteer time with the local high school assisting with Career Technology Education, Community Health, Athletic Training, and Skills USA to help young students learn about different job opportunities and how to be part of the job market. He knows there is no single approach that works for everyone so he continues to keep up with current concepts and evidence-based practices through continuing education. His interest in the business aspect has grown over the years so he spends time learning new approaches in leadership, business, and management of people to better himself as well as the team he works with. He received his education at the California State University Sacramento with a Bachelor’s in Physical Education. He received a Bachelor’s Degree from Hanzehogeschool Van Groningen, The Netherlands in Physical Therapy. He holds a Doctorate Degree from Western University of Health and Science in Physical Therapy and is currently Board Certified in Orthopedics. He is part of the team that helps train new and upcoming physical therapy directors and mentors current directors. Within the community, he sits on the advisory committee for the Career Technology Education representing the health section for the local high school.
