I recently suffered with some vertigo. It was very debilitating. I was unable to go to my yoga class. My doctor referred me to Movement for Life and it changed everything. I recieved the best professional care from a lovely lady named Tony. She maneuvered my body around to put everything back in place so the dizziness went away. She also educated me as to the reason for my dizziness and gave me exercises to do in case it came back again. Everyone in the office were very kind and welcoming. Thank you so much!
