Aaron Moreno

Born and raised in Stockton, California and graduated from Franklin High School in 2012. Attended undergrad at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ completing a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2016. Completed Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at University of the Pacific in 2020 and began career where I grew up. Grew up playing sports all my life and played college Rugby in undergrad and coached youth Basketball throughout high school and college. Very much love the atmosphere of Physical Therapy and really enjoy being a clinical instructor to help the profession grow. Enjoys playing sports or anything outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Jacqualine Graham

Jacque was born and raised in Sacramento. She moved to Galt 20 years ago to raise her family. She has worked in health care for over 15 years and strives to make everyone who walks through the door feel comfortable and at home. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, gardening and crafting.

Lori Dentinger

PT, NTP

Lori grew up in Tracy, CA. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Physical Education from CSU, Chico and her Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy from CSU, Fresno in 1988. Lori has focused on neurological rehabilitation working in acute, subacute, and home healthcare rehabilitation with all ages. Lori enjoys incorporating multiple system (physical, sensory and mental) challenges in her rehabilitation programs to address the whole body. Lori also has experience in Cranial Sacral Therapy which helps release restrictions in the fascia system to promote healing and relieve pain.

When not working, Lori enjoys spending time with her family, taking her Bernese Mountain Dog for walks and gardening.

Nikita Patel

PT, DPT

Nikita was born and raised on the west coast of India. During her school days, she actively participated in hockey, marching, and theatre. She was drawn to physical therapy for its combination of movement and science. Nikita’s passion lies in understanding a patient’s pain and helping them navigate their goals. She completed her undergraduate studies at D.Y. Patil University in Pune, India, where she was also part of the Student Council.

She graduated from the College of St. Scholastica in Minnesota with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. Before joining M4L Physical Therapy, she worked with the geriatric population on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and in Brooklyn. Her professional goals are to continue exploring a specialty in geriatrics or clinical electrophysiology. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association for career advancement. 

Nikita enjoys long walks through parks, Bollywood dancing, axe throwing, going to the gym, attending barre classes and finding locally owned coffee shops. She loves reading books on personal finance and real estate. Whether it is river rafting, parasailing, kayaking, or learning Ballroom dancing she believes in the importance of new experiences to add layers to her life.

Nicole Ochoa

PTA

Nicole was born and raised in Tracy, CA. She completed her degree in Kinesiology from California State University East Bay in 2015 and then went on to complete her PTA Associate's degree in 2020 from Ohlone College. Nicole's main passion in the field of Physical Therapy is with orthopedics which she has practiced in an out-patient facility for 4 years but has also recently been working in a retirement community providing care for patients in assisted living and skilled nursing settings. Outside of her professional role, Nicole loves to travel, drink wine, run and spend time with her friends and family.
