Molly Krogen
PTA
Molly grew up in Gilroy, CA (Garlic Capitol of the World!). This is where she met two of her biggest fitness inspirations! Ed, the owner of a local fitness center and Linda, the group fitness instructor at the local community college both inspired Molly with their educational approach to fitness. They didn’t just show you how to do a certain workout. They showed you how to safely move during the workout and explained why and how the workout made a difference. They were both great role models for fitness, safety and education!
Molly’s interest in physical therapy was peaked following a running injury she incurred 9 years ago. She appreciated the collaborative approach to her recovery between her therapist and herself. When she was presented with an opportunity to go back to school several years ago she jumped in with both feet!
Molly graduated with her A.S. degree to become a physical therapist assistant from Sacramento City College in May 2018.
In her spare time Molly enjoys running, hiking, biking and spending time with her family, friends and pets! (dog: Levi and cats: Flea and Zoe Belle) Oh, she also enjoys dressing in cosplay at comic book conventions. ;)
